Steamin' Steve carpet cleaning service is priced based on the square footage of carpet you want cleaned.  

Rates begin at 25¢ per square foot for carpet

and 50¢ per square foot for tile and grout. *

To estimate the cost, try this exercise:

	Determine the square footage in your home
	Determine the square footage to be cleaned by deciding which rooms and hallways you want cleaned, then:
	Subtract the square footage of any non-carpeted surfaces
	And subtract the square footage of other areas you may not want cleaned

To reduce your costs, request the "Traffic Areas Only" service.
